The tenant only requested for the bathroom and kitchen to be cleaned. The stove in the kitchen had never been cleaned and had years of grease built up. It was extremely tough to remove, but we worked on it for an hour and a half. We removed everything that was possible to remove with a specific oven top cleaner that we use for ceramic and glass top stoves. The bathroom was also cleaned and there was soap scum build up and mold that was removed from the bath tub and the shower walls.

The new owners of the house hired Curran Interiors to clean their home that previously had construction done on it. This job consisted of cleaning up the saw dust that was left over from construction. Stainless steel and chrome appliances were cleaned and polished. The hardwood floors were also cleaned and polished. The second floor was not renovated and had a bathroom that was not used for a long time. There was mold and build up of soap scum in the bathtub and on the walls. There was a build up of dust in the bedrooms and the office. The windows were also cleaned on the inside and outside.

This is a weekly reoccurring job. This apartment had not been cleaned in a while before we started. There was an excessive amount of dust and both of the bathtubs had soap scum build up and mold. The rugs were vacuumed and the hardwood floors were cleaned and polished.

Deep clean for a new apartment renter. Previous tenant had spent many years smoking and had multiple cats, with strong odors of cat urine. The following is some of the deep cleaning we did for this job; a deep cleaning of the rug in the living room to remove the cat odor and cat urine stains; washing the walls to remove the scent and discoloration from the cigarette smoke; all of the windows were cleaned to remove the discoloration from cigarette smoke; the floors were cleaned and polished with a professional Shark cleaner; the cabinets were cleaned on the outside and rodent droppings were removed from the inside of cabinets and then disinfected; the oven was cleaned and disinfected; the dishwasher and refrigerator were also cleaned and disinfected. This is just some of the many different tasks that were completed in the apartment.
