Stay as far away from this company as you can! Working with them has been nothing but a nightmare. My boss had asked me to get some bids on replacing her driveway and front walk. I got about 5 bids, and while this one wasn’t the cheapest, the sales guy, Mike, really reeled me in. He had great customer service and really seemed to know his stuff. I started getting bids in March as we were hoping to get the job done in a two-week window in June. Mike promised me that unless it rained everyday, they would complete the job in the two-week window. Towards the end of the first week they came and ripped the old stuff out, being completely careless. They put a large knick in the front stoop, and they chipped away at some of the brand new epoxy garage floor. The ladies in the office were always so rude to me when I would call and ask when they were planning to come back. And when I mentioned the things they ruined, Lisa told me “If I remember correctly, your stoop wasn’t in good condition anyway”. I sent her pictures multiple times and she would claim she never received them. It took TWO MONTHS to get them to come back and finish the job. Their “fix” for ruining the stoop is a joke, it literally looks like someone filled it in with putty, it looks awful. We tried giving the workers a check when they finished and they wouldn’t accept it, they said they don’t collect money. And boy, am I glad they didn’t! I have been trying for months to get someone to come out and take a look at the poor work they did. Lisa would assure me that someone was coming, but they’d never come. Then one day she threatened that she would have to send the owner. I thought that would be the perfect solution, she told me I should be expecting a call from him as he’d call last minute on his way home from a job one evening. Months went by and I never heard from him, either. The next communication we got from them was a certified letter/bill sent to my boss’s place of employment stating they would be charging us interest for each month we didn’t pay. We NEVER said we wouldn’t pay them; we just wanted them to come look at the mess they made first. I called the office and was finally able to speak to the owner, Tim. HA! He’s another joke. He claimed that he had tried calling me over 10 times, and that I was the one who would never answer the phone. I don’t answer numbers I don’t know because there are so many scam calls these days. When I asked why he never left a message for me he said “your name is not on this contract and I don’t have to speak to you. Your boss needs to pay me or I’m going to sue them” And he hung up. He actually hung up on me!! Up till this point, I had been the ONLY point of contact. So my boss called Tim and he argued with her about how I would never answer my phone. They ended their call with Tim saying he would call her to come over and look at the job. Two months later and there has been no word from Tim, only a letter from their attorney.
