I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK YET. I HAVE BEEN trying to reach you to get you to come see the front door where I need a wheelchair ramp. This is of utmost importance to me. I do not have access to the outside without a ramp. God forbid I have a fire or other emergency. Please help me. Eileen 815 398 4459.

Fresh Impressions promptly answered my call on a snowy Super Bowl Sunday when my water heater went out. They made arrangements to come to my house at 10 the next morning. They were there and quickly gave me a reasonable estimate. They replaced my water heater that day (within 24 hours of my initial call). Thank you, Fresh Impressions!! I would definitely recommend them.
