I hired Chris last year when he was first starting out and charging very low rates (too low!).. and was absolutely impressed by his character and work ethic and quality. Mostly just mowed weekly and I had him trim some shrubs once and cut down a tree.When he started to become more established I noticed online he raised his rates (understandably...although still not enough in my opinion, way less than most and a much better worker than anyone I've hired in years)... even after he raised his rates he kept my bill the same and said he wouldn't feel comfortable changing our original agreement. (Of course I tipped him the difference every week without him asking, he was incredibly thankful. Chris is very honest and an incredibly hard/skilled worker. He's also very friendly a pleasure to be around but maintains a sense of professionalism at all times). I try to refer him to people and review him online as much as I can (he has never asked me to...only because I think he deserves it.)

Did a few jobs for me last year. Estimates where a little under,but he still charges about $20/hr less than any other quote I received and the final bill was still hundreds less than anyone else would have charged, so I can't fault him for that! Work was top notch. Very respectful professional and hardworking. Will hire again for many future jobs and gave his card to all my neighbors.
