Worked with him first day 07/29/2020 removing old tile, second day he put new tile on top of old tile which changed the height on the floor. I called him to address this and he said he would be back in spring (2021). I called to follow up he said he was on vacation. Never heard back from him now I have loose and broken tile and grout is all cracked. Sign Neighbor, Tim
