The owners of The House of Carpets, South Lake Tahoe, the Castruitas, are absolute CROOKS, and are not to be trusted. Despite my cooperation in allowing them to make absurdly small payments with many months in between, dating back decades, they have stopped paying documented, owed, past rent. Liars who have no conscience and no compunction in walking away from their obligations. They will do the same to you, as they are a step ahead of the bill collectors always. These are marginal individuals who have no business being in business. I have promised to remove negative reviews when their debt is paid, and . . . crickets. Silence. Go elsewhere with your hard-earned money. They'll cheat you too any way they can.
