J & L Pro Kleen Inc

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This company takes money then does not deliver what they contract for. We contracted (and prepaid for) J&L Pro Kleen to service our property in South Lake Tahoe for snow removal. They were supposed to remove snow if there was 4" or more. We left a message, as we had received numerous emails and phone calls from tenants in our property that snow removal had not been done. I called and left a message inquiring as to why the snow removal had not been done and the tenants had to clear the snow themselves, and they had used a neighbors snow blower to do so. I received an impolite email back from them "I received your message left at the office. Went to property myself to see about your claims of tenants. As you can see it is clear. The claims of paying someone to do their sidewalk etc. Was not given to my people. My people work very hard to make sure our clients receive the service paid for....Do not have time or patience for nonsense and false accusations. Therefore, I am canceling the service agreement.... sending you a refund minus services rendered thus far." We didn't get a refund that was equitable, they cancelled when we just asked why no one had visited, and it was a significant inconvenience to us. They would not return requests to call us back to discuss to try to work this out.
