Hemwant Persaud was absolutely outstanding. This is a man who never does anything half-hearted. Unfortunately, we had a mold situation and we hired Hewant to do a inspection of the house. He sent back a very detailed, clear, thorough report. When our landlord refused to fix the mold problem, we frantically tried to find another house to live in before the baby was due. Hemwant, out of the goodness of his heart, did a free inspection of the new house to make sure it was safe for the baby that is coming. I mean, who does that!?
