Baxter and Rock Painting

Mike came out first to paint our basement and did a good job, then we had him paint our garage, again good job. Then we had him paint our garage floor, he said it would look great. After the waiting period to park the car inside the garage the paint started peeling off the floor. He came back, acted like this has never happened, called the manufacturer and redid the spots. Again paint starts peeling. We contacted the manufacturer and they sent us an email that the garage floor was not prepped correctly. We have called Mike, texted Mike, sent Mike emails for months now and he has vanished. He did not stand behind the product and will not contact us.

Mike painted our basement and was excellent, always on time, going above and beyond to do an excellent job. I highly recommend him, trust him, and would hire him again.

From his initial call to the end of project, Mike was very personable, punctual, and attentive. We were very happy with the painting work Mike and his crew did to our new home.
