About Home Estimating Services
Home Estimating Services (HES) has an extensive background in general contracting, insurance restoration and mold remediation. HES offers a variety of estimating and consulting services to companies dealing with insurance claims and mold issues on all types of residential and commercial projects. We currently work with a variety of restoration firms, general contractors, cleaners and mold inspection companies to help them grow their businesses. HES work involves a site assessment, documentation of the concern (measurements, field notes and photos) and production of a detailed report/estimate. HES can help you achieve 40-45% GM on reconstruction bids, 50-70% GM on mitigation claims & fire cleanings and more. We are great at helping a growing company expand without having to hire a new project manager/estimator.
