The walls surrounding the bathtub had tiles that were loose or cracked. We were called in to see what could be done to correct the problem. We found that the drywall behind the tiles was wet and rotting. The homeowner hired us to remove all of the tile and the substrates down to the studs. We installed Durock, Schluter Kerdi waterproofing membrane, and new tiles. The Homeowner later hired us to patch and paint the walls and ceiling and repair the toilet within this bathroom as well.

After years of neglect, these backyard pavers required extensive cleaning. A 4' x 4' small section of the pavers had sunk so we pulled them all out, added slag, and re-installed them. After allowing the pavers to dry out for a few days, we returned to properly seal them.

We worked with the Homeowner to design the Kitchen and Bathroom of his dreams. We had several meetings to discuss his budget,the look that he was trying to achieve, and selection of the final products to be used. While in the middle of the construction, the Homeowner decided to expand the project to include new flooring over the stairs leading to the basement and patching and painting of the Living Room and Hallway.

The Homeowner has asked us to assist with remodeling her entire home as the funds become available. We are doing the entire project in phases over a 2 year period. The projects completed so far include: -Design of a new covered porch on the front of the house. The construction is expected to begin Spring of 2015. -Patching and Painting of every wall and ceiling on the main floor, 2nd floor, and basement (partial ceiling only). -Re-glazing of bathtub and tile surround. -Installation of porcelain tile over the existing floor in the 2nd floor Bathroom and Foyer. -Replacement of the front entry door with a solid mahogany eclectic style entry door and mahogany storm door. -Reconstruction of both staircases between floors. -Replacement of all carpeting in the basement and over staircase. -Replacing of defective galvanized plumbing with copper plumbing from the basement to the 2nd floor. -Replacement of outlets and switches as requested. -Installation of granite countertop in the Kitchen. -Installation of stone tile backsplash in the Kitchen. -Complete Re-design of the Florida Room and a Trex deck addition on the rear of the house. Construction scheduled to begin Spring of 2015. -Replacement of basement windows with glass block. -Replacement of privacy fencing followed by staining (different colors on each side).

Interior: -Relocated all furniture and belongings to storage facility. -Demo of entire space to be remodeled. -Building of new stud walls including insulation as required. -Drywall installation, mudding, sanding, and painting. -Spray painting of the ceiling. -Removal and replacement of all electrical wiring-both low and high voltage-throughout the space. -Modifications to Heating and Cooling System as needed. -Modifications to plumbing including removal of obsolete equipment and installation of new underground plumbing. -Set up of furniture and equipment for the Chamber Staff. Exterior: Tuckpointing, priming, and painting of the brick, block, and trim on the exterior of the building.
