I'd worked with this client befor and upon their decision to relocate; I was called in to assist with design from the builder plans to completion. I began by adding additional Windows, relocating the fireplace and redesigning the entrance hall. After I'd customized the subdividing house with these changes I next selected and ordered comfortable but stylish correctly sized furniture. I met with the builder and selected all the materials and finishes for the home owners. I also selected a paint color scheme and tone on tone wallpapers got installed in the hall, great room and home office. Once the furniture was placed custom designed drapery, wool area carpets, art and accents were placed to complete the project.

I was hired to update a 4000 sqf executive home that was stuck in 1980's decor. It had uncomfortable formal furniture, tiny ceramic tiles, old fashioned wallpaper, Corion countertops and colors the client no longer liked. I began by selecting and ordering correctly sized, comfortable but stylish furniture. Next, a new paint color scheme and contemporary wallpapers were installed. Then tiny old ceramic tiles were replaced with large scaled 24" X 12" porcelain stone look tiles. Stone countertops, statement pendant lights and refinished custom cabinets gave new life to a drab kitchen. Finally, drapery, rugs, art and accessories completed the makeover.

A young family's decision to relocate to Southlake TX for work, resulted in their decision to hire a professional to help with the personalization. The busy family required me to send design suggestions to them via email as they wanted the home move in ready (Turn Key) by the time they arrived from out of state. All elements were selected and in place so all they had to do was bring their clothing and their youngest child's favorite bunny.
