As a contractor myself, it is very hard to find someone that can not just complete a job. But complete it with perfection, professionalism, and still remain customer oriented. With Meticulous Construction you get all of those. My experience with them couldn't have been better. Thank you Meticulous Construction. I am a customer for life.

Although not seamless, Kathleen and her crew did a great job with my garage turned studio apartment. The floors and bathroom came out just as I wanted. There could have been a real problem when a storm blew in and the french doors were not hung, but the crew quickly handled the situation and saved the day--and my floors! 4.5 stars

I am in the process of having my bathroom remodeled. And I just wanted to say how happy I have been with this company. People are so quick to say bad things about others, so I wanted to say something positive. Kathleen has been so pleasant and helpful with any questions I have. Austin is doing a wonderful job so far. Hes always on time and keeps the work area clean. So far its looking great and Im happy with the progress. I am so looking forward to the end product Thank you Meticulous Construction!

BEWARE!!! I hired them to remodel my new condo. The work was very sloppy and amateurish. They missed paint in many areas of my home. They first laid down my floors. The floors came out very nice. They then tracked stuff all over them and it will not come off. The last phase of the project included a backsplash in my kitchen, tiling the bathroom, installing the vanity and installing the "frameless" shower. When they installed the tile and grouted it, the grout was supposed to be light grey. It came out dark grey in many areas, and light in others. Significant areas of grout were missed all together. The tiles did not line up in the corner and were improperly cut. When I asked about this, they told me the wall was crooked. When I asked why the grout was dark grey, they insisted that it was light grey and Austin was very condescending. Then Kathleen tried to talk me into the dark grey saying that it was better if I am a messy cooker. Not what I wanted or paid for. The shower seat is a bit too short causing water to pool in the area where it was caulked causing mold. The tiles were supposed to extend a bit outside the wet area, but don't. The patch work is highly noticeable and looks terrible. The "frameless" shower that they were going to instal had a 5" frame. They said that was the only way it could be done. I put a stop to the project to get a second opinion on the tile job and frameless glass shower. They harassed me horribly stating that I was obligated to have them "fix" the job. That would mean spending an additional $3000+ for new materials to have them "fix" a job that they were clearly not qualified to do in the first place. I told them that I would get back to them because I needed a second opinion on the work that was done thus far. They did not give me the time I needed to get the second opinion (which was a couple of weeks since we are in season). Instead they put a mechanics lien on my property while I was trying to get a second opinion. I tried to work with them by offering them some of what I owed them. They wanted more. It is already going to cost me more to fix what they screwed up. Now I have to pay an attorney to have the lien removed. It was a huge nightmare working with them. My house now has ants coming out of the drain of the new vanity. I had an exterminator come the other day because I couldn't determine where all the gnats were coming from. The exterminator told me that they are not gnats from fruit, but sewer gnats. Nice! Find another contractor. Don't trust these guys. They are far from "Meticulous". Who knows what problems I will run into in the future from the work that they did. If I could post pictures of the work they did, I would.
