King's Way Home Improvement

We have had King's Way Home Improvement do many projects (large and small) and ongoing home maintenance for us over the past 9-10 years. We have been amazed at the quality workmanship of all the projects and the timeliness in which they were completed. Mr. Sample (owner/operator) has always been accountable, reliable and worked within his estimates unless there were unforeseen problems resulting in additional costs. He has always responds to emergencies and always checks his work and rechecks the work of his employees. The projects we have had with Mr. Sample have been building of a large redwood deck, complete remodeling of two bathrooms, installation of wood flooring (and removal of carpeting) in our dinning and family room areas. All beautifully done! Repainting the outside and interior of our home, annual painting/staining of our deck, fence and storage areas. Ongoing lawn maintenance front and back yard. Tree removals, tree trimmings, ongoing removal of leaves, seeding and reseeding our lawns. Ongoing lawn maintenance and edging. Hot tub and pond maintenance and repairs. Building of storage shelves, yearly reorganization of garage and storage areas. Annual putting up and taking down Christmas lights and other outdoor decorations. Repair and maintenance of our sprinkler systems. Repaired broken water pipe under our house. Installation of new ground barriers and check for mold, etc. Mr. Sample personally rechecks this area each year. Annual inspection of our roof and gutters. Installation of pavers in large areas in our back yard. Repaired broken pipes under our kitchen sink. Repaired a major water leak due to a main pipe breaking in our front yard and a plumbing problem. Again, we cannot say enough about this business and its owner. Outstanding work and service! We will continue to have King's Way Home Improvement do projects for us.

King's Way run by Kevin Sample did a great job on some home renovations! He took the time to do things right, and correct things when asked. From fresh paint throughout the home, patching walls, installing new flooring, leveling pavers, to disposing of materials, Kevin does just about anything you ask. He made selling my home while out of town easy.
