We have used Greg as our handyman since he started his business four years ago. He has done excellent work both inside and outside our home. We too are picky and expect the best work. He is timely, courteous, professional and can do almost anything. When he can't he know who to recommend. Highest recommendation.

STEEP SLOPE BALCONY RENOVATION~ My Hi-Terrace. Problem solving was first with restructuring. Greg James made determinations and then provided an estimate of costs~broken down, and a date to begin and finish. Agreement on what type of tile, grout, gutter, paint, was easy….hard part was the drainage and support. It took a little longer, and I had to do a bit more of the "running" around to pick up stuff….But, the finished product is ABSOLUTELY SOMETHING I ENJOY EVERYDAY! Greg is reliable, will answer his phone, and has THE best tile guy. YES, I would use him again!
