Full remodel of house and two outbuildings

Jun 2015

We are gutting a kitchen, bath and basement in the main house, and installing era-specific flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint, etc. The basement is receiving two egress windows for two new bedrooms and a new bathroom as well. We're putting a new paint job on the garage, cottage, and house trim (brick house), a new roof on the cottage, and we are completely gutting and rebuilding the cottage. Typical kitchen remodels run around $30k. Bar none, we are giving this owner the deal of the century on the work we are performing. We are always proud to serve a triple bottom line: (1) doing right for our employees, (2) doing right for our clients, (3) and doing right for our community. All the work we do is permitted and to code. We warranty our work for a full year, and we never leave a project until all work is done to the owner's satisfaction.

Project list for individual selling home

Jun 2015

Following an inspectors report, we were able to come in on very short notice to address the seller's project needs in order to satisfy contract with buyer. Our crew noticed the inspector left greasy hand-prints on some surfaces and our crew went the extra mile to give a thorough clean to make sure everything we were asked to address was in perfect condition for the buyer.

Project list for couple preparing to sell home

Jun 2015

We addressed a number of repairs a couple needed done so they could put their home on the market. Our crew was able to get in to do the work the very next day, allowing the couple to expedite the sale of their home. We fixed a bunch of baseboard trim and molding around the house, reinstalled registers, and reinforced a structurally deficient overhang for the back patio. The overhang was peeling away from the side of the house, and we were able to leverage it back into place, attach it to new support structure that matched perfectly the aesthetic of the house, caulked and painted so one could never tell there was a problem in the first place. It took our guys half a day to complete the work, and they made sure to leave no mess behind. The seller indicated they were fully satisfied when we were finished.
