A to Z Maintenance & Repair

When we purchased a gas stove and a microwave from Sears I was told I would have to hire an installer for the microwave. They directed me to google installers, which I did, and that's how I found A to Z. When I called, Michael offered to come out to see the site. He was very timely, and he guided me as to what it would require to not only install the microwave, but the hook up needed to convert from electric to gas for the new stove. He provided a verbal ballpark estimate, which I should have noted or obtained in writing, even though it is a little tough to be exact until the work is actually begun and completed. I learned there are extra costs involved in removing the previous microwave ($85), a service not provided by the Sears delivery crew. Also, disposing of the old microwave is my responsibility (heavier than anticipated). Michael and his working partner arrived on the arranged date and time to complete the installations ($842.43 including tax). The resulting dry wall hole is also our responsibility, but minimal. Michael did not pressure us to change out the electrical connection, saving us well over $100. He made the existing option work just fine. He was efficient and very pleasant. We are confident in his expertise and desire to complete the installations to our satisfaction, considerate of the expenses. And so, we recommend Michael highly.
