Rob and RMB Handyman has handled several large and small jobs for me on my various rental properties, and I have been pleased with the quality of work and the price every time. I hired RMB Handyman to do some work after my husband died and I was uncomfortable with him because instead of working he wanted to talk about his religion, so inappropriate. He took a full day to install a new kitchen sink and he brought a friend to help. The friend had no idea what he was doing and so just stood there but at the end of the day RMB Handyman explained that I still had to pay the friend. I wanted new door handles in my house but RMB stood in my kitchen and explained 3 times that one of my doors could not be changed, while he talked the guy with him just fixed the door. Rob wanted to go through my husbands things even tho I asked him to stop. He begged me to sell him my husbands motorcycle and I finally agreed. He took the motorcycle and was supposed to make payments but he left and I didn't hear from him for about a year at which point I tracked him down, I was able to get the money owed but he didn't give it by his own actions, I had to find him and pressure him to get it. When I told Rob (RMB Handyman) that I was unhappy he accused me of "imagining things" but I was not the only person who witnessed his behavior. I would never recommend him, especially to a woman alone.

I am the owner of Domaci Property Management LLC in Spokane Washington. I met Rob several years ago when he was brought in to help one of my contractors on a bathroom tile job on one of my personally owned rentals. He did phenomenal work. From there I started using his services as needed. In 2013 I went to work for a local Prop Mngmt company and brought Rob along with me. After 8 months I decided to leave a form my own management company. Rob has been key in my success. One year later, I have 49 properties and Rob keeps them ALL in tip top shape! From a leaking faucet to a full gut and remodel, Rob can do it all.
