Advanced Technology Heating and Cooling

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!!! We moved into our home in 2015. Before sale could be final this company came and put a system in that was way too small for the house. Me not being an HVAC tech didn’t know the difference. They assured me that turning up the fan would help it from freezing up during the summer. 2 months into being in our new home the A/C was freezing again in the heat. Their tech came out and said you need a 4ton A/C unit. They installed a 4 ton unit that hung over the sides and said that was supposed to be like that. From 2015-2019 we called them to fix the problem and they would come out yet a day later they would need to be called again. Instead of admitting they screwed up and make it right they kept coming out and charging us to fix their mistake. From 2019-now we have called every HVAC company in spokane. They all come back to the same thing…”whoever installed the unit really screwed us.” It’ll never work properly without being replaced. This unit is still under a 12 year warranty, but that doesn’t pay the bills so when we have exhausted all other measures and called this company back this year to fix the problem correctly, they told us they just found out today that they aren’t going to do anything anymore and that Jason is selling the company. This not just leaves us screwed, but who else have they done this to? How many more systems did they put together wrong and then blame the consumer for it breaking? I know I’m not the only one if they are restructuring their company and selling. Seems to me like a bit of fraud has set in and it’s all catching up with them now. MAKE SURE THIS IS NOT ONE OF THE COMPANIES YOU CHOOSE TO HELP YOUR AIR NEEDS, BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU TOO. Be careful the companies that you let into your home because Advanced Heating and Cooling doesn’t care about their customers, just that almighty dollar. WORST HVAC COMPANY IN SPOKANE/CDA Area!!

After shopping around I thought their prices were too good to be true. But this was the highest quality work I have ever received. I will do business with nobody else for my heating and a/c needs!
