GreenPro Spray & Lawn Maintenance

Our community hired GreenPro Spray and Lawn Maintenance to take care of approx. 41 homes and our common grounds. Our yards have never looked worse! Last Friday one of the hottest days of the year they interrupted the sprinkler cycle for a large portion of a couple homes and common grounds for a so called repair and when I asked them if the water would continue and they said they would turn on the water, they did not and of course it contributed to MORE BROWN AREAS! Also after asking our rep here he stated that their answer to brown spots is more watering time, this does not help areas where coverage is not happening, it seems it wouldn't take a genius to figure that out!?!?! I can only hope that we do not give them the contract next year which probably means our lawns will only get worse!
