About Craftsmen Construction Inc
Craftsmen Construction, Inc. is a professional residential remodeling firm, serving the Spokane community since 1990. We specialize in Design + Build projects with a special appreciation for older homes. We approach each and every project in a collaborative process engaging the homeowner, our in-house team, sub-contractor specialists, architects, interior designers and suppliers to achieve unique and creative solutions in the renovation process. The principal owner, Jim Breidenbach (Washington State General Contractor Registration #CRAFTSCI016D7), maintains advanced education certificates from the National Association of Home Builders; Certified Graduate Remodeler & Certified Aging in Place Specialist and we are an EPA Certified Lead Safe Firm. Jim has also received numerous awards from the Spokane and Washington State Home Builders Associations for his service to the industry and design awards for many of the projects his team has completed. Craftsmen Construction, Inc. is renown for the methodical care taken in our client's homes to contain the dust and disruption created during any home renovation project.
