My house flooded and today I had the pleasure of working with your company during this flood. I have been SO stressed out and upset during this process. I was just overwhelmed UNTIL your crew showed up. Just two men made a HUGE difference. The gentleman that came was named Anthony and Richard he had what seemed to be a trainee. I have NEVER in all of my years in customer service I've never seen or met someone so helpful yet patient and kind to a trainee. Every few minutes he would check on him while he was upstairs working just make sure he didn't have any questions or concerns. Anthony was informative and put my mind at ease. They literally took care of everything. They worked so hard and diligently. This is our second flood and the last few guys that were out here were not as careful or diligent. If I didn't know any better, I'd think they were working on their own home, that's how diligent they were. I just wanted your company to know what an amazing job these two did today. I appreciate their hard work.
