Exterior Pressure wash and Re-Paint. This home was completed with Tweetys ensuring the the HOA colors were approved. Tweetys does all the leg-work when HOA are involved . Pressure washing was completed and allow the home to dry out for 24 hours. The HOA colors were applied to ensure they were correct. All the hairline cracks were repaired with elastic meric products. The soffit and fascia was sprayed with semi-gloss exterior enamel paints. The exterior walls were primed complete with a hi build exterior latex primer. (2) Two full coats of 100% acrylic latex satin finish paint was then applied with brush and roller. We also did a little bit of trimming to the brushes,ect. Exterior and Interior Re-Paint. This project started out exterior and we were asked to then re-paint the entire interior. After we completed this place we got stuck in the neighborhood. In the end we re-painted 6 more homes on the exterior and interior combined. We were in Hernando Beach for 3 months. This project included drywall textues and wallpaper removal. All paints applied were applied with brush and roller both exterior and interior. All color samples were applied as always to ensure the color is exactly what the home owner wants. Exterior was (1) full coat of 100% acrylic latex primer and (2) full coats of satin finish. Interior included ceilings ,trim and walls throughout. This interior has 12 different colors. Very very tasteful considering the number of colors. Beautiful and very responsible is what we were told. They told all there friends that's for sure .

This project started with the interior wallpaper removal / re-paint in the kitchen and laundry room. We ended up doing the exterior painting of the home 2 months later. We removed the wallpaper with liquid solutions. Removed all the glues with soap and water. Allow for a dry out period of 36 hours. We then applied latex interior primer to all the wall space where the paper was removed. Then,applied 2 full coats of egg-shell to the walls. and 2 full coats of interior semi-gloss enamels to the trim. She was a senior so she was given her discounted pricing. Metal Roof Painting. Complete clean,prime and paint. The work comes with a 10 year warranty versus any peeling. Original metal roof color was matched by Tweetys. Owner went with a flat finish roof paint product. Color applied was deep red. Upon completion the home owners asked if I would come back and do additional work.

Re-Stain garage floor. This project was a re-work. The home owner tried to do it himself and found out that he was not a professional painter. Tweetys was happy to fix his mess. The owner had applied a solid color stain to roll . He did not apply the stain correct and the floor was very blotchy. Tweetys cleaned and applied 2 full coats of solid stain. The product was a Behr product designed for garage floors. This man was a ex-military and given his discounted price. He was very happy for that but his wife was a lot more happy when the floor was finished correctly. Project took 1 day

Tile Roof Cleaning and Painting. Pressure cleaning of roof tile. Re-Caulking of any damaged tiles. Tweetys applied a clear sealer coat to ensure proper adhesion. Tweetys then applied (2) two full coats of Hi-Gloss Acrylic paint. All paints were brushed into the tile on 1st coat application. The second coat was applied 12 hours later and was applied with air-less spray. All landscape was covered to ensure no plants were damaged. Mother and son were both very happy. Work was scheduled so that the son could visit his mother in Dec. and have work done while he was in town

Interior wallpaper removal and re-paint. The project required drywall texture after the wallpaper was removed. This was in our initial estimate. This is very common in older homes. A lot of times there was never a sizing applied prior to the wallpaper application. We removed the paper with liquid solutions. Primed the walls and then applied the new texture. The home owner was excited how the new texture looked. Very modern look to the older home. We then applied primer and paint to the walls. Egg-shell finish. I was told my price was middle of 5 estimates. The owner said they will call us back to do the remainder of home next year. They called 2 weeks later to have us finish Homosassa

Interior ceiling repair and re-paint. Repair cracks on ceiling and throughout walls. Re-texture ceiling and walls. Texture was matched with knock-down texture. Interior was covered complete with plastics prior to texture. After the textures dried Tweetys applied (2) two full coats of interior flat paints. Texture was allowed to dry 24 hours.

We had a lot of surface preparation including caulking and crack repairs. We did a complete prime of the home including the soffits and fascia areas. we them applied exterior semi-gloss to the metal soffit,fascia ,gutters and downspouts.
