The Owner Kevin and Tech Lee were very kind, timely, & knowledgeable of the services done! The Office Ladies Jean & Crystal were very helpful and knowledgeable as well! Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for awesome job

Worked for my ac for a week now still no air and motherfuck refused to come back

Is zero stars an option? This company left me without AC giving me the run around for over a month to then “decline the job” without even notifying me. Who lets someone live in a 100 degree home for a month while they give them the run around and then doesn’t even have the decency to call and say they’re not gonna do the job ever?! Completely amazed they are able to stay open. They serviced my unit a month ago, took a month to order the WRONG parts, and are now saying that they are not licensed to do business in my area? Funny - they were just fine doing business in my area a month ago when they serviced MY unit in MY AREA. Now, no AC for a month later, and they don't wanna finish the job so now all the sudden they're not licensed to do business in my area?!! one of the hands down, worst service experiences I've ever encountered. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!

Great company. Employees were all very nice and went out of their way to help me. I was without heat for 5+ weeks and was fortunate enough to have these guys through my warranty company. Although the warranty company deserved a 1, Strictly Service was great. Like Shannon, they kept telling me they didn’t know when parts would arrive. I inquired further with my warranty company and found out THEY were the problem, not Strictly Service. If you’re having issues with ETA and parts not arriving, contact your warranty company! Strictly was fed up with my warranty company after they shipped the wrong parts, and they went out of their way to drive to Rocky Mount to pick up the appropriate parts so that I wouldn’t be without heat for another night. When my old unit finally fails (which will happen soon!), I will contact Strictly Service without hesitation.
