I'm not one to write a review but I'd give 0 stars if I could! Paid retainer upon first consult as Jason made this seem it was common practice and required. Found out later on that my house wouldn't support the additional second story that he swore up and down I'd be able to do. Asked for at least the majority of my deposit back and promised I'd use him on future projects as he seemed like an upstanding guy, just knew I'd have to consult builders first to make sure the project was possible.. Fast forward through months of non-returned communications, no luck getting my deposit back, etc. Had a friend request an appointment in hopes that I'd finally get to be face to face with the guy and not only did he not give me my deposit, he tried charging me $400 just for showing up! DO NOT USE, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE Jason!!!!!!
