Beware!!! This company is a scam. They claim to be honest but they're not. Do not use this company for your home warranty claims. They will submit false information and cause your claim to be denied. The supervisor Jose came out on a service call with Christian. Jose stayed in the van the entire hour and a half. He then called in the claim and wrote up the service report. He stated my condenser coil was corroded and had insufficient maintenance. He told home warranty that it appeared to be about 11 months without maintenance. Unbeknownst to him, I kept the receipt from March 2017 when Sears came out and performed maintenance and cleaned my condenser coil. They reported no problems with my unit. He caused my claim to get denied and he never stepped foot out of his van. He also documented that my evaporator coil was dirty but Christian advised me that it wasn't when he was in the attick looking at it. Please stay away from this place...
