We are a family owned and operated company that has been in business since 2010. As the owner, Martin has been working in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. He has two sons that both served in the military and are now a part of the family business as lead technicians. S Home & Commercial Services strive to be the best at what they do, we do a variety of services from free quotes, installations, maintenance, blown insulation, zoning and maintenance contracts. We also offer financing through FTL Finance.

The company has always responded promptly when called to handle a problem, arriving at the time agreed upon between us. We had two air conditioning and heating units installed by this company and they were good about cleaning up after themselves and were careful about keeping our carpets clean when going up and down the retractable attic stairs. All in all, a very nice, friendly and responsible group.
