We used our home warranty company to file a claim for our hot water heater. Britt called us quickly to schedule an appointment. He was running a little bit behind and called to let us know he would be late. After completing the work, we sat down to take care of the payment and he let me know it would be less than the copayment for the home warranty service. We now have hot water and a few extra dollars in our pocket!

My hot water heater was leaking outside, I contacted my home warranty company and they assigned the repair to Brits Boiler, I was contacted shortly after and was told he could come out around 4 pm on Friday. Well 4 pm came and didn't get a phone call explaining the delay. The following Monday I tried to contact Britts boiler and didn't get an answer, called from a different number than what I used as contact info and he answered right away. He explained that he forgot about appointment but wouldn't be able to make it anyways due to working on another appointment. Explained to him that it was very unprofessional not at least call and give me the courtesy that I would need to find someone else. He said he didn't know what to say and it wasn't his problem and hung up. Very unprofessional and I don't know how people like this stay in business. Do yourself a favor and find someone that still cares about customer service.

I emailed for estimates on having a well pump replaced and received a call from this company from 479-871-3566. I told him I just wanted a ballpark figure on having a pump replaced as I had already gotten one from another plumber with a 700 price difference based on the size of pump and depth of well etc. I wanted a breakdown of the labor and parts and he said he would come out for 65 and give me an estimate and if we used him he would take it off that and he charged 95.00 an hour and wouldn't even give me an estimate of the price of a pump and when I told him the other company had a huge markup on their pump he said I don't think I even want to deal with this and hung up. I felt I had the right to at least know how the range on the price of pumps were but apparently he couldn't be bothered. RUDE RUDE RUDE encounter and wouldn't recommend this company now if they did it for FREE!
