Owner left the job after being called out for repeated unacceptable behavior. Left holes in the yard that people can fall in and a broken sidewalk. Overcharged for incomplete work and work accomplished that the customer did not want. Lied about licenses and certifications. Ridiculed customer in writing during mediation by the attorney general office.
