Mike is friendly and courteous. He quickly responded to our furnace cleaning concern and properly recommended a Reme Halo system to purify the air in the home. We have grandchildren with breathing difficulties. He factory ordered the system and had it installed within 2 weeks. Mike went over the care of the system with our daughter and will make a site visit in a few months to confirm the system is functioning as recommended. His customer service is exemplary. We know our family is in good hands with Mike and highly recommend his company.

I highly recommend Sun-Air and Mike Whitney! Mike provided THE BEST customer service that I could expect. Affordable, dependable and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained in detail the problems we were having and facing. Again they are the best!!!!!

We used a 6-1/2 HP shop vacuum with a 20' hose to remove large debris in the ducts. The supply air diffusers and return air grille were hand cleaned. The supply air branch line ducts and the return air duct were cleaned. The main supply air duct was a urethane duct board, and could not be cleaned because the brushes would ruin the urethane...we recommended replaced the duct board with metal duct.
