Re-plaster parts of walls as needed. Install new tile on floor and walls. Redo toilet flange and install new toilet. Set new cabinet. Haul off trash.

Remove and replace broken garage carrier beam (multiple 2" x 6") with 3 14" x 1 3/4" glue lam beams. All the carpentry work to remove and replace. Job site clean up upon completion.

Dry up water in master bath floor. Pull back edge of carpet in closet and place fan to help dry carpet and floor. Locate water source. Water coming from toilet seal at floor flange. Looks like leaking intermittently over period of time. Pull toilet, clean up floor and bottom of toilet. Look for cracks in toilet - none found. Replace wax ring and reset toilet.

Went to install more air vents in cabinet garden bar. Found that one of the 2 fans that pull the heat from under the cabinet had stopped working. Replaced fan unit and clean and reinstall the other unit at opposite end. Brush out all 3 sets of refrigeration coils. Pick up parts.

Work on 12' sliding door in bedroom (basement). Repair rotted area at bottom of operating panel. Haul off old door. Work on basement toilet.

Set new cabinet. Install new counter top, and new faucets. Rehang mirror. Haul off trash. Power wash deck, replace seat supports. Seal with Olympic sealer. Patch and paint stair-way walls. Work on three doors.

Remove old fiber glass shower door, drop down ceiling and linen cabinet. Replace plumbing lines & drain. Move plumbing to the opposite wall. Re-frame wall. Put in new Wedi shower pan and walls. Install tile floor and walls. Remove vanity tile top and sink. Do new tile & sink. Relocate ceiling light over vanity. Hang new light. Install vent - light over shower. Fill in ceiling over shower. Re-texture ceiling. Drill & install 6 new door handle sets. Work on back door to garage. Install new toilet in small bath. Seal shower grout.
