Keaton's Tree Care

Richard Scott from Keaton's Tree Care scouted around our neighbor for work in Hamilton Ohio. My husband Al showed them 3 trees to cut and branches off on another, to cut. Al said they would need a boom truck for the trees and they said they can do without one. Al stayed inside because he was working. They moved a boat out of the way and shoved the motor in the ground and breaking the motor mount. $47 part. When they finished, Al came out and noticed that the the wrong tree was cut down, and they acknowledged it and said their boss will be mad, and they apologized and said they will take off the overhanging limbs, they came back to Al with a contract, but Al thought more would be taken off, but still gave them a check for$2500., hastly because he was working. the next day { in the light} he noticed the boat motor mount broke in two and prop shoved into gravel. we called Josh Keaton and he said he would come over and pay for the mount. it's been weeks Ive called many times. Richard left a message saying Josh wanted him to take care of it. Nobody ever came back. we would like the correct tree down or $833 back to have a competent tree service take it down, and $50 for boat mount.
