Lemaster Tree Care

2022-08-03 We used this company's service on Jan. 2, 2021. This is the worst company I have ever used in Columbus, Ohio, with no ethical value, no customer service, those men acted like bandits, tried their best to grab money from us while they were cutting down our tree. They thought they charged us $1,400 for cutting down the tree but not taking the tree trunk away was not enough to earn for that day, they fooled us and said one of our maple trees behind the yard needed to use cable otherwise those big tree branches would fall down and hit the roof. Their story scared us (This had happened before). But they asked for $1000.00 for two cables. Because they really wanted to earn more money from us, they finally charged us for $600.00. We were told the two cables would not break or loose and forever protect our house. I asked for a receipt for the cable charge. I was told I could make a call for a receipt later. Later within a few days, I had tried to call 937-536-7699 many times, but I was refused to get a receipt. Last month (July, 2022), one of the cables fell. I called 937-536-7699 again. The man who answered the phone said his name was Jessie, said:"I don't know if we had helped you do the job. If we did the job for you, but this was the case two years ago." When I requested him to send men to my house to fix the problem, to put the cable back to the tree, he said:"Yes, I should go to your house to give you a quote to cut down your tree, this is the way to fix your problem." He acted like a hooligan and a rogue, where is the professional and ethical business for Lemasters Tree Care company? I have decided to file a complaint to Attorney General of Ohio and BBB against it.

If I could give negative stars I would. The men working this company are absolute pigs. They drive down the road through town honking and yelling nasty things to every female they see, including my teenage daughters, as well as several other young women. When calling the company to notify them of this behavior I spoke with one of the men in the truck who admitted to such behavior but claimed it was "not like that" then proceeded to call me a liar and claim they never honked or yelled at anyone underage because somehow they can know by looking how old a female is. He then cussed me out calling me a "fucking liar" and a "weird ass bitch" and hung up on me. By far the most disgusting, rude, and unprofessional people I have ever seen. If you have young daughters, or really any female around, I would highly suggest any other company.

I wish I could give this company no stars. They just showed up at my doorstep to tell me about my oak tree in the front yard, I said “oh we actually have someone coming next week to...” and he just turned around and walked away. What a jerk! I wouldn’t accept free services from this company. I think (but can’t be sure) the guy introduced himself as “Jesse” (the owner’s name) and he looks like the owner’s picture I found on the internet so if it’s the owner, it’s really bad...if it’s just a door-to-door salesman he needs some serious training. Don’t work with them! Call Davey’s tree company.

They came to Mt parents house today 2/21/16 quoted my father and then the young VERY unprofessional kid came back and tried to up the price 200.00 they already had a sign contract. The kids tasted losing his mind screaming swearing , waving his arms at your dad. Another guy got out told the child to get in the truck he would handle this . He walked back swearing then proceeded to beat on the dashboard of the truck. Then yelling out the window that my dad was a motherfucker! If children in your employment can not properly quote your customers then keep them at hom! This is very unprofessional and abusive!!!! The other men in your service at the time were very respectful. But one bad egg can ruin the whole cake think about it.
