Here we have a very large interior repaint. we measured nearly 16,000 square feet of wall space. Before this home could go back on the market we had to fix it up. Before carpet and counter tops were installed we painted all the walls and trim, patched any nail holes, scratches, or dents. two weeks of very detailed patching, painting, and more patching we had something worth looking at.

This manufactured home had hydraulic fluid lines burst in transit that showered the brand new home in a black mess. we went out with a rented hotsy pressure washer to soften the grease and blast it away. just to make sure we had nipped this problem was put a good prime coat on the whole structure. After 3 long days and 2 nights in a tent we had this home painted up looking as it should BRAND NEW

Here we have a home with standard siding and cedar Shakes in the peaks. The previous painter did not prime the wood and we spent days scraping and pressure washing to get all the paint off. In addition the paint on the west walls was peeling severely due to extreme heat and humidity. after days of prep work we applied primer and two coats of paint to really seal up this home. *shortly after these photos were taken the windows were replaced and the grey was repainted white to match the new vinyl inserts also the front and back decks were stained

Our customer had a contractor replace a few siding boards that had gone bad. behind each shutter were multiple wasp nests and years of grime. each Shutter and window edge was pressure washed and scrubbed prior to painting. the new siding boards were primed as a precaution before we started finish coating

Here we have a deck with hail damage in addition to an apparent lack of a protective coating. After a careful pressure washing we removed the hail dents along with the dirt and cigarette smoke on the hand rails. stain applied was Deckscape by Sherwin Williams

This house had a very serious issue with paint peeling as can be seen in the pictures. After a good pressure wash, hand scrape, and primer coat it was ready for a finish coat of Sherwin Williams Resilience Exterior Paint. We stuck with the original color and also applied Deck Over by Behr to the shaded stair case for added traction during the icy winter
