We started working with this customer 20 years ago doing Commercial work and started working in his home about 10 years ago installing ceramic tile in the basement & main level foyer, later nail down solid 3/4" ScufReist Oak Flooring from Shaw Industries in the hallway and Master Bedroom, then the Family Room and Kitchen. We finally completed Oak Flooring on the main level (except foyer we did in ceramic tile) with two more bedrooms and Living Room/Dining Room a little over a month ago. The customer developed diabetes and could not box up the small items so I personally boxed up his China Cabinet so we could move the furniture. Luckily, his daughter put the finishing touches on during the set up of personal items to make his house a home after the flooring was installed.

Refinish floors and install floors in dining room. We suggested a "Oak Flush Vent" finished to match the Oak Floor instead of a raised metal air conditioning vent that is usually installed after a floor is installed. Walking in a small dining room area with a flush vent avoids a trip hazard.
