Do not trust or hire John Cooper of Fault Tech. He required me to pay thousands before the requested work was started, then did not refund me after he failed to do the job. When I made the cancellation formal, he promised me several times to return my money, then disappeared. I will be working through a lawyer and the Parker County Sheriff to pursue legal action. Additionally, the work he provided to my HOA ended up being sub-standard - and he abandoned his promise to fix the mess he created.

These people are straight up criminals. Was provided a estimate to do the job advertised 3 inches of asphalt. Most areas don't even have an inch some less than a half inch. They were supposed to sealed the asphalt but never came back to do that. Have filed a criminal complaint with the state. And currently preparing a deceptive trade practices lawsuit against this company. In preparing for the lawsuit I realized I made a big mistake hiring these people. They have a long history swindling people out of money.

John was great to work with. He takes great pride in his work and gives a fair price.
