I had a terrible experience with this company. I was handed off to an outside contractor for part of the work. Neither the contractor or the architect were responsive. I had a conversation with the contractor on a Monday about some plan revisions. I contacted him on the following Thursday to ask for an update and the response was him asking me to remind him what was to be done. By the time they finally got the drawings done, the space I was interested in was no longer available. They seem to be disorganized and paid little attention to my project until it was time to get paid.
