If it were possible to give the Climate Masters in St Augustine a zero star rating I would. Unprofessional, No Accountability, the technician lost our check someplace, and they didn't bother to inform us until a full month had past. Anyone that has had the misfortune to have dealt with identity theft knows how something like this can wreck your world. When you try to get any answers from the office staff all you get are excuses and the so called "office manager" that lady couldn't find her own ass if she used both hands and a flashlight. They have an F rating with BBB. BEWARE!
