After two years of looking at materials, talking to several contractors, and planning an extensive remodel to my house. Through a friend, The Lord blessed me when He put ALT Construction and Scott’s Plumbing in my path. Art Treimanis, Owner, came to discuss the project. After asking me my ideas and listening to me for a few minutes, he asked if I had considered this and this, his ideas and expertise with construction were awesome ! Art, his father (Laimonis), their helper, Joey were great! They were conscientious, skilled, and at the end of day always cleaned up what they could. Their ideas for maximizing my kitchen space (counters and cupboards) were amazing. When it came time for the plumbing he called Bridgett from Scott’s. She was very skilled and her ideas for restructuring the plumbing were equally amazing. The project, at completion, exceeded my expectations and left me a very satisfied customer. Best decision ever made was having ALT Construction as our contractor! I managed properties for other owners and have dealt with many contractors along the way. This is how we met such a trustworthy, quality driven company. The passion, dedication and knowledge of the trade was evident in every job and they quickly became our contractor of choice! We purchased a Triplex with lots of deferred maintenance and plans of nice rentals once repairs and updates were complete. It quickly became a huge undertaking. So many unforeseen major issues-one after another-was a huge challenge we never expected. Alt Construction never hesitated. The entire team stayed the course with us and tackled every challenge that came our way with ease and confidence. Alt Construction's contractor was personally involved in every aspect of the job-insuring that it was done right with absolute client satisfaction. He gave us the confidence to persevere. Throughout the remodel process the entire team worked diligently to ensure that all our needs were met and that the details of the project translated into our overall vision and budget. We were amazed how great the communication was. They even came up with ideas to make it even better than we had planned! Added bonus-they also clean up every day before leaving the job! We absolutely love the look of our “new” Triplex and so do our residents that live there. We highly recommend and would personally use their services again.

ALT Construction was such a pleasure to work with. The contractor is always on site, and does much of the work himself. The quality of their work is flawless, and the attention to detail is amazing. They are meticulous in the clean up every day - and we lived in the house through the major construction of a master bath and closet. With our 2 dogs! They understand how to work in an older home - ours was originally built in 1937. We cannot recommend them highly enough, and would use them again for future projects if at all possible.

When we began looking for someone in the St. Pete Beach area to remodel our bathrooms, we interviewed six different companies. From the beginning of our working relationship, ALT Construction was far and above superior over all of the others in the area to work with. The cost of the project was very fair. The project went seamless. We were informed of the progress every step of the way. Nothing was done or altered without us seeing and discussing the matter first. They also gave us possible suggestions to make the flow of the room even better. Team ALT Construction really is a team. They all work in harmony with each other's strength. We have had many remodeling jobs done at several of our homes and ALT Construction by far is the most meticulous and creative company we have had the pleasure of working with.
