Credence Capital is unprofessional and will not answer serious inquiry. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are withholding my deposit and prorate from the half month early I left my rental. House was left in great condition and the receptionist said this herself until I left state (moving across country). I believe they are trying to take advantage of me because I am young and a woman moving across multiple state lines. I am perusing justice for their malpractice because they are not responding to myself or the other tenant and our respective other official statements from property owners and a relator who viewed the house prior to us moving to Florida. DO NOT USE CREDENCE CAPITAL unless you want untimely service throughout.
