Did a verbal contract with Tim Hines from this company to replace my fence and gate. No problem with the fence; but he chose to cut a piece of fence in half and use it as a gate. Told him I was not please and wanted him to remove the fence material and replace it with a real gate. Contacted him twice. This is more than a year ago. To date he has not returned to correct the problem. The gate is warped with a gap because it does not have any support to be a gate. Does not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware-Do not hire this guy! He put up a fence for me and violated city codes by crossing over the property lines even when there were survey flags up. He was made aware of the problem the next day and did not bother returning for 4 days which resulted in me getting a violation from the city that I have to address with an after the fact permit. He did not offer to return any of my money and has not returned my messages. I have to pay someone else to fix his mess before the city fines me.

Don't hire! Tim cut my trees and was scheduled to do other work for me. He agreed to accept PayPal. He didn't show up to do the work on the day promised and refused to accept PayPal after the fact. He had several different family members texting me from different numbers demanding cash, check and payments to personal PayPal accounts. The activity was so suspicious PayPal blocked payments to that personal account. I finally paid him the agreed amount plus all the fees he would incur from the credit card transaction just to get him to go away. Two days later I found his trucks parked on my lawn while he's working on a neighbor's house. I told him to move the trucks and told my neighbor I recommend not hiring him, so he started screaming at me and my elderly neighbor who was in the process of hiring him!
