I can't even give him one star. He is incompetent. He spitefully told my warranty company lightning caused my Heat Pump to fail after I told them he didn't seem to know what he was doing and I wanted an actual HVAC company to come out. Mind you, there is no physical sign of this nor did I lose a computer, TV, not even the microwave time blinking. A REAL HVAC company laughed at his report. He, however, won't be laughing because he's being report to DPOR and hopefully his license will be yanked.

Never showed up for to give an estimate and phone number doesn't work now.... I made the appointment a week in advance and now I have to find someone else which extends my project time. UGH
