I am very disappointed with your customer service. I have paid for 2-car garage to be built and have a minor issue with the framing. I have been contacting Kevin for 10 1/2 months to stop by my house and fix the issue. I get excuse after excuse. Once KOB, LLC cashed my checks, they no longer know who I am. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.

Kevin was recommended to us by a friend. She said we won’t be sorry. He is very professional, and when he says he and his team will arrive at 8 they are! Kevin gutted an old bathroom for us in November 2018. He told us how much tile to buy and we got it on sale at our home store. It turned our great. In fact we hired him again for another job which he finished before Christmas.

I loved working with Kevin! He and his team re-tiled the floors in both my bathrooms. It was a difficult project since there was mortar underneath the existing tile floors which had to be removed and a new subfloor had to be placed before the tile work could begin. Kevin picked up the tiles and other supplies, including the 2 new toilets that I had purchased on his recommendation. The tile guys did an excellent job and did a thorough clean-up when they were done. Kevin kept me well-informed before and during the process. I am thrilled with my new floors and grateful to Kevin and his team for their beautiful work.
