Transitions Flooring was professional, polite, and punctual. My husband and I purchased our home and were in need of our carpets removed and replaced with laminate throughout. Lisa was very polite and professional when she visited our home. Lysle and crew were punctual and answered all my questions during the process. Thank you for making our new home a dream come true!

Transitions went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was super skeptical and unfamiliar with the whole process at first and really didn’t know exactly what I wanted but I had a general idea Lisa was so informative throughout the whole experience and guided me in the right direction and was super affordable and well within my budget! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great work and a great price! Thank you so much! 😁

Apparently I am unreasonable and difficult to work with for requiring a complete and accurate quote. My bad. LOL!

Buyer Beware for almost 2 months I tried to get an accurate quote. Her response to my review and continuing to blame me and twist the truth to make herself the victim is ludicrous and a perfect example of how she conducts business. My experience was like a bad sitcom. *lowballed quote by quoting wrong product and leaving installation costs and other work off quote. Claims I changed the product lol. Not true but what happened to installation and other work left off the quote? I have the emails and quotes to show she quoted the wrong product and left work off of the quotes. She did not take good notes or maybe didn't refer to them or emails when compiling a series of quotes to correct her errors. I had 1 change and it did not cause a price increase. She was asked to review the insurance work (without cost estimates) to make sure she had included everything in the quote. To be nice, I asked her to review the sq ft to ensure the insurance estimate was accurate. But I already knew it was ok. I just wanted to make sure all work was covered in the quote so there would be no excuses. There had been so many errors, I was worried she would not do something and claim I never told her i needed it. An excuse i had already heard her say several times which i just let slide. She has never confirmed all the work was included on her quote although she said the sq ft look good. So I do not have the confidence that all the work required will actually be completed. I still have not received an accurate quote. I think I have received 4. This explains the HOURS she claims she has worked on my estimate. So when she wanted all materials and half labor upfront I was not comfortable with it. It was approximately 80% of the entire job. I offered materials or half the whole job and progress payments. She got mad and stated she needed to pay her employees. Since my installation would be several months away, I had concern if there would be another job for her to pay her employees to do my job. Would my job even get completed? Maybe she was just trying to make me feel bad. I don't know. She claimed to agree to progress payment but wanted 1/2 labor the day before the job. A progress payment is for actual work completed i.e. progress toward job completion. When I didn't agree she claimed she agreed to everything I wanted and I was being unreasonable and difficult. Reality was she agreed to nothing i suggested and made no attempt to work with me. Anyway, the bottom line was she informed me of an impending increase in manufacturer pricing when she came initially almost 2 months ago. She drug her feet and ignore my job when I was nice. When I got firmer to keep my job moving and get it ordered before the price increase, she got pushy and blamed me for all of her errors and delays. There was one product change but it didn't increase the price. Job went from 4000 to 11,000 which was more in line with the insurance estimate adjusting for the difference of price for the upgraded flooring. But like I said, I still don't know if the last quote included all work and sales tax. Because The first quote did not even have the installation costs on it is why Transitions looked like a good bargain at the time. By the way I specifically asked for an out the door quote and told her I didn't want any surprises. The deep discount she worked so hard to get me amounted to a decent 20% off the manufacturer's website pricing but I've had no problem getting a lower price. She made me aware of a price increase at the beginning and thus, the reason I tried to keep my job moving forward with a good quote to place an order. As of today the manufacturers website did not reflect higher pricing as of yet. But the last quote was only good for 2 days because of the prices going up. That was a couple of weeks ago. She went on vacation and I respected her time. She said she was taking my file to work on but I did not attempt to contact her or disturb her. I always respected her private time when she responded she had something personal going on. But it took several emails and over a week upon her return to get a response from her. I've found that Sugar coated intimidation is her tactic of choice. She did not like that I stood up for my job and quit allowing her to blame me for her poor quality of work. Honestly, I really liked her when I met her and was looking forward to working with her. I was completely shocked at the treatment and service I received. I continued to try to do business with her but her behavior and service just kept going downhill. Now she casts Herself as the victim i
