Expect them to do less than the minimum, take your money, and then ghost you. They painted some of my house, then packed up and left, never to finish the rest despite the contract. They subcontract their work and never checked on the progress or workmanship, which is very sloppy. The painting does not look professional at all; in fact, it looks like children did it, which is exactly what happened. The subcontractors were a mix of children and barely-adults. They have extremely poor communication; I’ve called and emailed many times and haven’t gotten a response in over a month since they “finished” the job. They barely let me know when they’d be starting and didn’t communicate with me during the process at all.
