Robert Stasi was my project architect, which included a total rehab and design of 50+ year old building. My building was unique in many aspects and posed many challenges. Robs ability to capture the aesthetic inside as well as out from my words was remarkable. He not only "got" what I wanted but suggested many ways to make my ideas "better." He was responsive to my needs and that of the builder instantly. His knowledge and assistance went beyond that for which he was retained. I am looking forward to working with him on future projects.

  | Kitchen and Breakfast Room Renovation/Addition | Jun 2014 | This project was designed as a semi-detached pavilion using a unique architectural vocabulary which employed intricate millwork detailing, continuity of material and a formal system that has its roots in both the Craftsman and Modern design styles. The pavilion creates a centerpiece to the overall exterior using mahogany trim-work, glass and integrated stone walls as a means of enclosure. A large gracefully stepped terrace extends the living space out and into the surrounding landscape of the house. | Philadelphia, PA |
