I cannot speak highly enough about how happy I am with the entire experience i had with elite plumbing. When I called, they were super nice and very efficient. I had a brand new hot water heater installed by them and now im in the process of converting my oil heat into gas. With my lack of knowledge about the situation, I was very leery of getting ripped off (even though I didn't have much of a choice at this point). My plumbers Steve and Sergio arrived exactly on time when i called them for an estimate. They immediately gave me some options and explained to me everything that had to be done and why. I received a straightforward written estimate with prices and explanation of their services. I felt like I was in good, experienced, and professional hands, and the fact that they were nice, helpful, and courteous was a bonus!
