Artie, the owner is funny and fun to shop with. He knows all the offbeat places to get a new one of kind things to add to your impossible to part with items. He steers you in the right direction without imposing his ideas so that you are part of the design. Nothing generic and boring here. I now have a beautiful eclectic kitchen and living room that says "ME"

Recently, Platinum Renovations did my basement, kitchen, and bathroom for a nice package deal. The owner Artie was professional and knowledgeable about this field of work. We initially received 4 different quotes with Artie's being the second cheapest. The reason we decided to go with him was his transparency and ability to do a short and concise explanation of what his services entail. 2/4 of them had elongated sales presentations and I know how those usually pan out. Artie and his crew would show up on time everyday and seem like they were driven to work. I never caught them doing questionable activity or anything out of the ordinary. Artie answered all my questions and overall he did good work. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of reasonably priced interior home improvement services.

We hired this company reffered by a previous client on our block . The work we had done included complete basement remodel, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a foundation repair. The job started out as planned with no headaches at all until we found out the delivery time of our special order tile. It was hard however we had to be patient. Once the job got up and running again it was smooth sailing well as smooth as a construction job could be I would imagine. The leak was repaired first thing and we had no problems at all since then. The second thing they took on was the basement since we had to wait on the tile order. Lastly they basement was completed with a custom wet bar and 1/2 bath for guest. All and all they were exceptional at there craft and CLEAN !!! Which is IMPORTANT with my allergies. They spent the end of each day straighting up which I loved. The only thing we did not use them for was the painting since we have a family of painters and this also kept cost down. In conclusion I would definitely use them again on any future projects.
