Bustle Heating & Cooling

The motor in our furnace broke during a very cold time. Phillip with Bustle did everything to get us heat. We are so thankful for them. After a week of no heat we are back up and running thanks to Bustle Heat and Air!

WARNING!!! DO NOT call BUSTLE HEATING & COOLING in Statesville. There number is 704-873-4004!! I had a very simple job, a mini split heat pump but a very small window of opportunity to have it completed in. I told them this up front that I only had a small window that the work could be done in because of it being a rental property, they said NO PROBLEM!!!. They come out and said yeah, we can do it, gave me a quote and an install date of Monday the 21st and said again no problems, and I said ok. I tried calling the entire week prior to the 21st leaving multiple messages to just find out if it would be morning or afternoon on the 21st so I could take time off work to be here to help, they would not answer the phones so I tried from a different number so it didn't show my name on caller ID and they answered. Then told me they wouldn't be able to do the job, this was on Friday afternoon at 3:40 pm and my guest are showing up Tuesday!! Now This company has left me in a very terrible situation. Why couldn't they have just picked up the phone and called me?? I'd at least had time to try and worked something else out. BUT NO, they wouldn't return my calls, wouldn't answer my calls, NOTHING!!! SO, they are nothing but a HUSTLE BUSTLE of a company. RUN, call someone else!!! It's not worth your time calling them!!!
