  | T&T Construction Office Remodel | Aug 2017 | This was an old house that the construction company bought and I renovated it for them. I Had to jack up the floor and install new bracing under the house because it was sagging. Then I tore out the old flooring and installed laminate flooring through out the whole house, ec except in the two bathrooms. I installed 12" x 12" ceramic tile. I also swapped out some of the electrical wall outlets that were bad and replace a drain in the master bathroom shower. I really enjoyed working on this project, it was a lot of fun. | $7k | Pendergrass, GA |
